An SSA offers clients a unique opportunity to mix and match solutions and services within a bespoke package to suit your needs. There are a variety of levels of commitment, each of which can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, ranging from 5 to 30 days of annual support. As and when a security related requirement arises the client is guaranteed to have resource readily available to them. As this service is based on pre-agreed figures, it is a budgeted expense and allows for immediate availability.
Once an SSA is in place, clients will receive a ‘point-of-contact plan’ which highlights who to contact throughout Sapphire and includes details of our helpdesk facility. The plan is split into service delivery points with your Business Development Manager being the central contact.
