Intellect
Intellect is the trade association for the UK technology industry. It was
formed in May 2002 following the merger between the Computing Services and
Software Association (CSSA) and the Federation of the Electronics Industry
(FEI).
Intellect was created to give a single powerful voice for the information technology, telecommunications and electronics industries in the UK. Intellect incorporates the members of CSSA and FEI. The new association started life with many of the largest, most successful as well as many smaller, highly innovative hi-tech organisations.
Intellect’s members range from blue chip multi-nationals through to early stage technology enterprises. Intellect gives its members a collective voice, driving connections with government and business to create the best trading environment.
Intellects strength comes from the breadth and depth of its membership, encompassing over 800 companies ranging from SMEs to multinationals. As the hub for this networked community, Intellect harnesses the industry’s experience and knowledge.
