DIPCOG - Defence INFOSEC Product Co-Operation Group
DIPCOG is a Ministry of Defence (MoD) forum comprising representatives from a variety of MoD HQ Security Organisations, DCSA (Defence Communication Services Agency) and CESG (The Communications-Electronics Security Group) set up to approve, promote and manage the provision of Security Software and Services through the MoD DCSA ICS Catalogue.

DIPCOG is chaired by MoD DDef Sy and the committee includes representatives from DCSA DCA, DCSA VCM, DCSA DII, DFN and CESG. SBL are the current agent of supply to the Security Section of the DCSA ICS Catalogue and provide the Secretariat Facilities to DIPCOG.

An integral part of the work of the IA, Infosec and Comsec authorities within MoD, DIPCOG is now recognised as the MoD's Subject Matter Expert Group on IA and Infosec related products. Other Contracting Bodies are also able to take advantage of the DCSA Catalogue as a route to market at the discretion of the DCSA Catalogue Contract Branch. DIPCOG represents an excellent example of a joined up solution to the need for MoD to satisfy important business requirements in active partnership with other government agencies and with the public sector.

DIPCOG Events
DIPCOG organises a series of open days for invited delegates from the public and private sectors. These open days include briefings on Security Issues and technical presentations from invited Security Products Vendors. Attendance at the DIPCOG open days is by invitation only and delegate places are limited.
