The following brief notes are a summary of some of the successes Sapphire has had within this vertical market sector. Much of our work is subject to non-disclosure agreements, and details cannot be generally published.

• Strategic support - when one of the UK's major utility companies was looking to partner with a specialist provider of security consultancy they chose Sapphire. That was over 5 years ago and we are still working closely with them at a variety of levels, from high level consultancy on infrastructure to the supply of security products at best value price.
• Information consultancy - Sapphire was delighted to win through the tender process for this Northern Utility company. It was our customised approach where we wanted to understand the client's business and how we could adapt our BS7799 systems to fit them that clinched the deal. With some of the bigger consultancies our client understood that they would have to change to suit the consultancy! The project is still ongoing and is on track to be added to our 100% record of getting clients through the 7799 accreditation.
