The following brief notes are a summary of some of the successes Sapphire has had within this vertical market sector. Much of our work is subject to non-disclosure agreements, and details cannot be generally published.

• Content filtering - A content filtering solution for 3,500 users is a significant revenue opportunity for any product vendor. Working with this South East NHS trust and negotiating on their behalf not only did we secure their public sector discount, but by looking at the 3 year option we were able to identify further savings of over £15,000.
• Technical Services - Firewalls are now commonplace within the IT industry forming the basis of many perimeter systems. As such a commodity product it can be tempting to believe its upgrade path will be a pain free operation. In this case, the upgrade proved to be far from simple. But Sapphire's technical engineers who have wide experience of this firewall in other environments, were able to lead the IT team of this North West hospital to a successful installation.
