The following brief notes are a summary of some of the successes Sapphire has had within this vertical market sector. Much of our work is subject to non-disclosure agreements, and details cannot be generally published.

• Vulnerability Assessment - a 20 day vulnerability assessment for a leading financial services house was not expected to produce many results, having experienced many such vulnerability assessments before it was felt that the audit would not produce many issues. Our security consultants set to work, and found a number of vulnerabilities across a number of servers and more seriously were able to guess the password to one of the servers.
• Forensic Services - One of our clients, a leading household name in insurance, was looking to set up a computer forensic capability in house. Sapphire was able to provide the complete solution. The forensic software, workstation and training was all sourced through Sapphire over a period of 18 months. Training courses were adapted to specifically cover their needs in the business environment.
